Cutest App Ever ... Sort of

For those of you who are like my mum and refuse to take part in playing games on their tablets or electronic devices you might not have heard of this wonderfully sweet game called Dumb Ways to Die. I know it sounds a bit grim, but it really is very cute especially because of the animation and rewards at the end of each of the achievements. And although I suppose you could argue that it is morally wrong to be playing a game where if you fail, cute little people get electrocuted or have their heads eaten. But only boring people would see it that way.

It actually originated as a song from Metro warning people about train safety (which is why in the app there are 3 or 4 games revolving around getting run over by trains) and went viral on YouTube.

 

 It also inspired a bunch of people to create their own versions which in my opinion are never really as good as the original, but can still be quite funny at times. I think the world record is 8850 points, which if you've ever played the game you should know is an insanely good score! You guys don't know the best part yet, IT'S FREE! :O So now is the time to head on over to the app store and stock up because as it grows in popularity the creators will probably start charging.
